RESOLUTION TO APPROVE PAY APPLICATION NO. 9 FROM PEAK
CONSTRUCTION GROUP FOR THE HEARTLAND HEIGHTS PARK
RESTROOMS & PAVILION PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City Council of Fairfax, Iowa has contracted with Peak Construction
Group for the Heartland Heights Park Restrooms & Pavilion project; and
WHEREAS, Hall & Hall Engineers has recommended approval of Pay Application No.
9 from Peak Construction Group for a current payment due of $22,895.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax,
Iowa, to approve Pay Application No. 9 from Peak Construction Group for the Heartland
Heights Park Restrooms & Pavilion project and issue a check for $22,895.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Fairfax City Council of the City of Fairfax,
Iowa, that the Mayor and City Clerk/Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to execute
said resolution.
