RESOLUTION TO APPROVE PAY APPLICATION NO. 2 FROM JIM
SCHROEDER CONSTRUCTION FOR THE CITY OF FAIRFAX BRM-
2462(602)--8N-57 BRIDGE REPLACEMENT - CCS PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City Council of Fairfax, Iowa has contracted with Jim Schroeder
Construction for the City of Fairfax BRM-2462(602)--8N-57 Bridge Replacement — CCS
Project; and
WHEREAS, Hall & Hall Engineers has recommended approval of Pay Application No.
2 to Jim Schroeder Construction for a current payment in the amount of $76,891.90, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax,
Iowa, to approve Pay Application No. 2 to Jim Schroeder Construction for the City of Fairfax
BRM-2462(602)--8N-57 Bridge Replacement— CCS Project and issue a check for $76,891.90.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Fairfax City Council of the City of Fairfax,
Iowa, that the Mayor and City Clerk/Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to execute
said resolution.
