RESOLUTION SETTING THE TIME ANll PI.�ACE FOR A PUBLIC
HEARING FOR THE PURPOSE OF SOLICITING WRITTEN AND ORAL
COMMENTS ON WEST CEMETERY BRIDGE PROJECT OPTIONS
WHER�AS, the City of Fairfax is in the process of design for the West Cemetery Bridge Project,
and;
WHEREAS, the Hall and Hall Engineers, Inc. has inforn�ation to present about West Cemeteiy
Bridge Project Options, and;
WHEREAS, interested residents or tax�ayers haviiig conunetits for or ag�inst the West Cemetery
Bridge Project Options may appear and be heard at the public hearing at the city council ineeting on
February 13, 2024 at 6:00 PM at Fairfax City Hall at 300 80`'' Street Court, Fairfax, Iowa
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLV�D by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, that
this confirms that the city eouncil order the publication of a notice of public hearing to be held on February
13, 2024, pertaining to revising the Fairfax Comprehensive Plan.
B� IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk/Treasurer are hereby authorized
and directed to execute said resolution.
