A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS
WHEREAS, the city clerk/treasurer has submitted the following transfer needed.
Section 1. General Fund to Garbage Fund:
a. Transfer Order: $20,000.00 from the General Fund checking account to the
Garbage Fund checking account.
Section 2. Farm Operations Fund to General Fund:
a. Transfer Order: $5,000.00 from the Farm Operations Fund checking account
to the General Fund's Park savings account.
Section 3. Total transfers by fund:
a. General Fund to Garbage Fund:
b. Farm Operation Fund to General Fund:
Total of Transfers Needed:
$20,000.00
$5,000.00
$25,000.00
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax,
Iowa, that the city clerk/treasurer is directed to make this recommended transfer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk/Treasurer are hereby
authorized and directed to execute said resolution.
