RESOLUTION RESCINDING POS NO. 2565
WHEREAS, Plat of Survey number 2565, to Linn County, Iowa was approved by the Fairfax
City Council on September 14t�', 2021; and
WHEREAS, Plat of Survey number 2565, to Linn County, Iowa was never submitted to, or
executed by Linn County Recorder; and
WHEREAS, the owners of Plat of Survey number 2565, Robert and Lois Boland, 4507 80t�'
Street, Fairfax, Iowa, no longer desire the property split and do not intend to record Plat of Survey
number 2562.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAIRFAX, IOWA, that said plat and dedication of said Plat of Survey number 2565, to Linn County,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby rescinded on the part of the City of Fairfax, Iowa
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby directed to sign
this resolution of approval and affix the same to said plat as by law provided.
