RESOLUTION TO INSTALL NEW STREET LIGHTS AT THE
INTERSECTION OF CHURCH STREET AND HIGHWAY 151 AND
THE INTERSECTION OF PRAIRIE AVENUE AND HIGHWAY 151
WHEREAS, Two street lights at the intersection of Church Street and Highway 151
were removed during the Highway 151 Reconstruction Project, and the City would like these
two street lights reinstalled; and
WHEREAS, The street light at the intersection of Prairie Avenue and Highway 151
was relocated during the Highway 151 Reconstruction Project, and the City would like one
additional street light installed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the City Council of the City of
Fairfax, Iowa, to direct Alliant Energy to install the two street lights at the intersection of
Church Street and Highway 151 & one street light at the intersection of Prairie Avenue and
Highway 151.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, By the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, that
the Mayor Pro Tempore and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute said
Resolution.
