RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SIGNATORIES ON BANK ACCOUNTS
WHEREAS, it is necessary to authorize signatories on the City of Fairfax bank
accounts; and
WHEREAS, the City of Fairfax wishes to require two signatures for all checks and
withdrawals; and
WHEREAS, the City of Fairfax wishes to have any two of the following people
authorized to sign checks and withdrawals from the City of Fairfax bank accounts:
Mayor Jo Ann Beer
Mayor Pro Tempore Marianne Wainwright
City Clerk/Treasurer Cynthia Stimson
Deputy City Clerk/Treasurer Tina Rosekrans
Deputy City Clerk-Utilities Staci Klinefelter
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Fairfax, Iowa the above list of people are hereby authorized as signatories on the City of
Fairfax's bank accounts.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the City Clerk/Treasurer are
hereby authorized and directed to execute said resolution.
