RESOLUTION TO INSTALL NEW STREET LIGHTS ALONG
EAST SOUTHVIEW ROAD
BETWEEN WILLIAMS BOULEVARD AND FAIRFAX ROAD
WHEREAS, Four street lights along East Southview Road were removed during the
Water Main Installation Project, and the City would like these four street lights reinstalled; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the City Council of the City of
Fairfax, Iowa, to direct Alliant Energy to install the four street lights along East Southview
Road.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, By the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, that
the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute said Resolution.
Passed and approved this 23`d day of May, 2023.
