RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT
THROUGH FSSB USING TCM BANK
WHEREAS, it is necessary to have city credit cards; and
WHEREAS, the City of Fairfax wishes to use Fairfax State Savings Bank for the
city credit card account; and
WHEREAS, the Fairfax State Savings Bank has switched to TCM Bank for their
credit card processing; and
WHEREAS, the City of Fairfax wishes to change our city credit card account from
Elan to TCM Bank with the Mayor and City Clerk/Treasurer as Authorized Business
Officers for the city's credit card account.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Fairfax, Iowa approves switching to TCM Bank for the ciry's credit card account, making
Mayor Jo Ann Beer and City Clerk/Treasurer Cynthia Stimson as Authorized Business
Officers on the account, and issue a credit card to employees as listed in the Personnel Policy.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the City Clerk/Treasurer are
hereby authorized and directed to execute said resolution.
