WH]ER]EAS, the City of Fairfax ]Zas received applications from Iowa Land and Building Company, for annexation of property totalii�g approximately 170.1 acres, more or less, located east of Lefebure Road and north of 76`i' Avenue, azld WHEI2EAS, Hall and Hall Engineers, Inc. and City Staff have prepared and subinitted the appropriate notifications to the impacted entities pursuant to Chapter 368 of the Code of Iowa for the annexation of this property. NOW, TI�EREFORE, BE I'I' RESOI.VIED by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, that the property adjoining the east side of Lefebure Road and the north side of 76t�' Avenue, and owned by Iowa Land and Building Coinpany is hereby annexed by the City of Fairfax, Iowa in a manner provided by Iowa Code Chapter 368, and that said property shall becoine part of the City of Fairfax, Iowa. �E IT FU12TIiEI� RESOLVED, by the Fairfax City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, that the Mayor and City Clerk/Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to execute said resolution.
