RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAT
WHEREAS, A PLAT OF I'LAHERTY FIRST ADDITION TO LINN COUNTY, IOWA containing
tht-ee (3) lot, numbered Lot 1, lettered Lot A and Outlot A, has been filed with tl�e City Clerk and after
consideration of the saine is found to be correct and in accordance with the provisions of the laws of
the State of Iowa, and the ordinances of the City of FairfaX, in relation to Plats a�7d Additiolls to Cities,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAIRFAX, IOWA, that said plat and dedication of said Flaherty First Addition to Linn County, Iowa,
be and the same is hereby acknowledged and approved on the part of the City of Fairfax, Iowa and
the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby directed to certify this resolution of approval and affix thc
sanle to said plat as by law provided.
