Hilton intends to extend Public Sanitary Sewer Facilities to and thi-ough his properties located at Parcel A& Parcel B of Plat of Survey #487 in the City of Fairfax, Iowa; and WHEREAS, Ronald C. Hilton intends to construct Public Sanitary Sewer Facilities upon a�ortion of Daniel L. and Peggy A. Weisskopf's pro�erty at Lot 1, Jaines Kui-tz's Second Addition to Fair-fax, Iowa, excepting therefrom the West 168.57 feet thereof and further excepting Parcel A, Plat of Survey No. 2079 as recorded in Book 9590, Page 73 of the records of the Linn County Recorder on July 13, 2016; and WHEREAS, Ronald C. Hilton intends to dedicate said Public Sanitary Sewer Facilities to the City of Fairfax for the purpose of repairing, reconstructing, and lnaintaining said sanitary sewer faciliiies ol�ce said Public Sanitaiy Sewer Facilities have been constructed and accepted by the City of Fairfax; and WHEREAS, Daniel L. and Peggy A. Weisskopf intend to establish and dedicate a permanent Easement for Sanitary Sewers Facilities to the City of Fairfax for the purpose of repairing, reconstrueting, and maintaining said public sanitaly sewer facilities on a portion of their �roperty once said Public Sanitaiy Sewer Facilities have been constructed and accepted by the City of Fairfax; and WHEREAS, Hall and Hall Engineers, Ine. has reviewed the Easeinent Agreement for said sallitary sewer facilities on a portion of Daniel L. and Peggy A. Weisskopf's property and recoinlnends that the Fairfax City Council approves this Easement Agreement. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, that this sanitary sewer facilities easement agreement is approved. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, By the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and dis•ected to execute said Resolution.
