RESOLUTION TO APPROVE PAY APPLICATION NO. 4 FROM
EASTERN IOWA EXCAVATING & CONCRETE FOR THE 2023
HEARTLAND HEIGHTS NEIGHBORHOOD PARK PROJECT
WH�REAS, the City Council of Fairfax, Iowa has contracted with Eastern Iowa
Excavating & Concrete far the 2023 Heartland Heights Neighborhood Park project; and
WHEREAS, Hall & Hall Engineers has recommended approval of Pay Application No.
4 fi-om Eastei7l Iowa Excavating & Concrete for a current payment due of $475.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax,
Iowa, to approve Pay Application No. 4 froin Eastern Iowa Excavating & Concrete for the 2023
Heartland Heights Neighborhood Park project and issue a check for $475.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Fairfax City Council of the City of Fairfax,
Iowa, that the Mayor and City Clerk/Treasurer are hereby authoi•ized and directed to execute
said resolution.
