A R�SOLUTION TO APPROVE JOB DESCRIPTIONS
WHEREAS, the City of Fairfax, Iowa desires to have a personnel policy manual and job
descriptions which explain the current policies, procedui•es, and responsibilities; aild
WHEREAS, the City of Fairfax, Iowa, has revised soine of the job descriptions; and
WHEREAS, the City of Fairfax's employees desii•e to have a personnel policy manual and
job descriptions to inform thein of policies, procedures, and responsibilities.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax,
Faii•fax, Iowa, that they adopt the revised job descriptions; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Fairfax City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa,
that the City Clerk is directed to distribute the job descriptions to the employees and members of
management and the Mayor and City Clerk/Treasurer are hereby directcd to certify this resolution
of approval.
