Home My WebLink AboutRESOLUTION NO. 2022-07RESOLUTION NO. 2022-07 R�SOLUTION APPROVING WAGES FOR NON-FIRE DEPARTMENT CITY EMPLOYEES WHEREAS, the Library Board voted for $1.50 an hour raise for their current employees as of Januaiy l, 2022 and to hire Jackie Stallman at $15.00 an hour, with a start date of December 10 and no wage adjustment in January of 2022; and WHEREAS, the Fairfax City Council discussed non-library and non-fire department employee compensation during their Januaiy 11, 2022 �neeting with the following decision to give a 7% raise plus a$1.00 an hour raise for all non-library, non-fire departinent einployees effective as of January 1, 2022. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, that the Mayor and City Clerlc/Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to execute said Resolution.
