FOR THE 2021 SANITARY SEWER & WATER MAIN EXTENSIONS PROJECT WHEREAS, the City Council of Fairfax, Iowa has contracted with Schrader Excavating & Grading Co. for the 2021 Sanitary Sewer & Water Main Extensions project; and WHEREAS, Hall & Hall Engineers has recominended approval of Pay A�plication No. 8 from Schrader Excavating & Grading Co. for a current payment due of $31,252.63. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, to approve Pay Application No. 8 from Schrader Excavating & Grading Co. for the 2021 Sanitary Sewer & Water Main Extensions project and issue a check for $31,252.63. BE IT I'URTHER RESOLVED, by the Fairfax City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, that the Mayor and City Clerk/Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to execute said resolution.
