FOR THE 2021 SANITARY SEWER & WATER MAIN EXTENSIONS PROJECT WHEREAS, the City Council of Fairfax, Iowa has contracted with Schrader Excavating & Grading Co. for the 2021 Sanitaiy Sewer & Water Main Extensions project; and WHEREAS, Hall & Hall Engineers has recoinmended approval of Pay Application No. 9 from Schrader Excavating & Grading Co. for a cui-��ent payinent due of $10,244.22. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, to approve Pay Application No. 9 froin Schrader Excavating & Gradiilg Co. for the 2021 Sanitary Sewer & Water Main Extensions project and issue a check for $10,244.22. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Faii•fax City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, that the Mayor and City Clerlc/Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to execute said resolution.
