A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE
PERSONNEL POLICY 1VIANUAL
WHEREAS, the City of Fairfax, Iowa desires to have a personnel policy inanual and job
clescriptio��s which explain the cuirent policies, procedures, and responsibilities; and
WHEREAS, the City of Fairfax, Iowa, has revised some sections of the persomlel policy;
and
WHEREAS, the City of Faii•fax's employees desire to have a personnel policy inanual and
job descriptions to ii7form theln of policies, procedures, atid responsibilities.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax,
Fairfax, Iowa, that they adopt a revised persomlel policy inanual; and
B� IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Fairfax City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa,
that the City Clerk is directed to distribute the personnel policy inanual to all einployees and
members of inanagelnci7t and the Mayar and City Clel-k are hereby directed to certify this
resolution of appt-oval.
