RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SITE PLAN OF IMPROVEMENTS,
DRAINAGE REPORT, AND SITE LIGHTING PLAN FOR THE
PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS FOR REGEN IN THE CITY OF FAIRFAX,
LINN COUNTY, IOWA
WHEREAS, the site plan of improvements, drainage report, and site lighting plan for the
Proposed Improvements of the ReGen Storage and Processing buildings, and the related site
improvements have been submitted to the City of Fairfax by Jed Schnoor, P.E. with Schnoor
Bonifazi Engineering and Surveying, on behalf of Logistics Park Cedar Rapids, LLC; and
WHEREAS, Hall and Hall Engineers, Inc. has reviewed said site plan of improvements,
drainage report, and site lighting plan and they appear to be in general conformance with the
City's design standards; and
WHEREAS, Hall and Hall Engineers, Inc. has recommended approval of the site plan of
improvements, drainage report, and site lighting plan for the proposed ReGen Storage and
Processing buildings, and the related site improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa,
that the site plan of improvements, drainage report, and site lighting plan for the proposed ReGen
Storage and Processing buildings, and the related site improvements are hereby acknowledged
and approved on the part of the City of Fairfax, Linn County, Iowa.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the City Council of Fairfax, Iowa, that the Mayor
and the City Clerk/Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to execute said Resolution.
Passed and approved this 9th day of August, 2022.

Re: The Site Development Plan of Irnprovements, Drainage Report, Site Lighting Plan,
Site Plan Development Agreement, Private Water Main Facilities Agreement and
Easements for the ReGen proposed site improvements.
Mayor Frieden and Members of the Fairfax CiTy Council,
Ryan Companies, and Jed Schnoor, P.E. with Schnoor Bonifazi Engineering & Surveying
have submitted a Site Plan of Improvements, Drainage Report, Site Lighting Plan, Site
Plan Development Agreement, Private Water Main Facilities Agreement, and easement
agreements / Exhibits for the proposed site improvements of the ReGen development. I
have reviewed these documents and for the proposed site improvements of the ReGen
development, and �nd that they are in general conformance with the City's standards and
ordinances.
Therefore, Hall and Hall Engineers, Inc. recommends that the City of Fairfax approves
the Site Plan of Improvements, Drainage Report, Site Lighting Plan, Site Plan
Development Agreement, Private Water Main Facilities Agreement, and easement
agreements / Exhibits for the proposed site improvements of the ReGen development.
