A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS
WHEREAS, the city clerk/treasurer has submitted the following list of the transfers
needed.
Section 1. 2.30M 2022 GO Bond proceeds:
a. Transfer Order: $780,000 from the Debt Service Fund checking account to
the Water Fund checking account, for the Water Main Extension Project.
b. Transfer Order: $1,4'78,374.20 from the Debt Service Fund checking account
to the General Fund checking account, for the MPO Trail Project design,
Church Street Project design, and the Lefebure Road Overlay/Culvert Project,
and any other stated bond purposes.
Section 2. Project Funds Transfers:

Transfer Order: $315,438.66 from the Water Fund — Water Storage Project
Checking Account to the General Fund Checking Account. The project is
completed.
Transfer Order: $211,902.50 from the Water Fund — Water Extension to
Travero Project Checking Account to the General Fund Checking Account.
The project is completed.
Transfer Order: $118,000 from the Sewer Fund — Sewer Extension to Travero
Project Checking Account to the Sewer Fund — HH Participation Sewer Project
Checking Account.
Transfer Order: $199,953.54 from the Sewer Fund — Sewer Extension to
Travero Project Checking Account to the General Fund Checking Account.
The project is completed.
Section 3. Total transfers by fund:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax,
Iowa, that the city clerk/treasurer is directed to make these recommended transfers.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk/Treasurer are hereby
authorized and directed to execute said resolution.
