A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS
WHEREAS, the city clerk/treasurer has submitted the following transfer needed.
Section 1. American Rescue Funds:
a. Transfer Order: $427,037.52 from the American Rescue Plan General Fund
(002) checking account to the Capital Projects Fund (301) checking account,
for the new Water Supply System Well Project.
Section 2. Total transfers by fund:
a. ARPA General Fund to Capital Projects Fund
Total of Transfers Needed:
427,037.52
$427,037.52
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax,
Iowa, that the city clerk/treasurer is directed to make the recommended transfer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk/Treasurer are hereby
authorized and directed to execute said resolution.
