RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION
DOCUMENTS FOR THE PAINTING, MAINTENANCE, AND REPAIRS
TO THE ELEVATED WATER STORAGE TANK
WHEREAS, the City of Fairfax has adequate funds in the City's regular water account to
cover the costs for the design and production of the construction documents for the painting,
maintenance and repairs of the elevated water storage tank.; and
WHEREAS, the City Council would like to complete the design and construction
documents for the painting, maintenance and repairs of the elevated water storage tank at this time
so that these improvements may be completed in the fall of 2023.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax,
Iowa, approves the design and production of the construction documents for the painting,
maintenance and repairs of the elevated water storage tank.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, that
the Mayor Pro Tempore and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute this
Resolution.
