A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS
WHEREAS, the city clerk/treasurer has submitted the following list of the transfers
needed.
Section l. Farm Operations Fund checking account to the General Fund Parks Savings account:
a. Transfer Order: $7,500.00 from the Farm Operations Fund checking account
to the General Fund Parks Savings account.
Section 2. Total transfers by fund:
a. Farm Operations Fund to General Fund: 7,500.00
Total of Transfers Needed:
$7,500.00
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax,
Iowa, that the city clerk/treasurer is directed to make this recommended transfer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor Pro Tempore and City Clerk/Treasurer
are hereby authorized and directed to execute said resolution.
