RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE FINAL PLAT FOR STALLMAN'S THIRD
ADDITION TO LINN COUNTY, IOWA
WHEREAS, a final plat for Stallman's Third Addition to Linn County, Iowa, located in the SE 1/4 of
the NW 1/4 of Section 6, Township 82 North, Range 8 West of the 5th Principal Meridian in Linn County,
Iowa, and is located within 2-miles of the Fairfax Corporate Limits, has been submitted to the City of Fairfax
for review and approval; and
WHEREAS, Hall and Hall Engineers, Inc. has reviewed this Final Plat for Stallman's Third Addition
to Linn County,Iowa and has submitted a letter of review dated January 10,2020,which recommends approval
of this Final Plat to Linn County.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa,that the
Final Plat for Stallman's Third Addition to Linn County, Iowa, is hereby acknowledged and approved on the
part of the City of Fairfax, Iowa.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the City Council of Fairfax, Iowa, that the Mayor and the City
Clerk/Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to execute said Resolution.
Passed and approved this 14th day of January, 2020.
AYES: Otto, Daly, Pacha, and Wainwright
NAYS: None.
ABSENT: Volk
