RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING FOR PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, AND OPINION OF
PROBABLE COST FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE 2020 AT-GRADE
WATER STORAGE TANK IMPROVEMENTS
BE IT RESOLVED, By the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, that bids shall
be received on Tuesday, February 11"', 2020, at 2:00 PM in the office of the City Clerk for the
construction of the At-Grade Water Storage Tank Improvements; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,That the Public Hearing for the plans, specifications,
form of contract, and opinion of probable cost for the 2020 At-Grade Water Storage Tank
Improvements Project shall be held at the City Council Meeting on Tuesday, February 18t",
2020, at 6:00 PM at Fairfax City Hall.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the City Council of the City of
Fairfax, Iowa, that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute said
Resolution.
