RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING FOR PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, AND OPINION OF
PROBABLE COST FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE 2020 PUMP HOUSE
& SITE IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED, By the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, that bids shall
be received on Tuesday, March 17th, 2020, at 2:00 PM in the office of the City Clerk for the
construction of the 2020 Pump House & Site Improvements Project; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,That the Public Hearing for the plans, specifications,
form of contract, and opinion of probable cost for the 2020 Pump House & Site Improvements
Project shall be held at the City Council Meeting on Tuesday, March 24th, 2020, at 6:00 PM at
Fairfax City Hall.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the City Council of the City of
Fairfax, Iowa,that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute said
Resolution.
