RESOLUTION APPROVING WAGES FOR CITE' EMPLOYEES
WHEREAS, the City of Fairfax Parks and Recreation Director has hired staff to be concession stand
managers and concession stand workers, as listed below.
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED,the wages were set for each employee as follows:
Kevin Stensland, W/WW Supervisor $37.51 per hour, effective January 1, 2020
Chris Philipp, Building Department Official $31.61 per hour, effective January 1, 2020
Cynthia Stimson, City Clerk/Treasurer $28.71 per hour, effective January 1, 2020
Lynn Miller, Public Works Supervisor $28.55 per hour, effective January 1, 2020
Brian Merta, Public Works Il $26.72 per hour, effective January 15, 2020
Joe Kell, Parks & Recreation Director $20.00 per hour, effective February 19, 2020
Brandon Lefebure, Public Works I $18.00 per hour, effective as of March 5, 2020
Michael Rammelsberg, Public Works I $18.00 per hour, effective January 1, 2020

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the city staff is hereby authorized to issue payroll checks and
make all required supporting payroll payments as required per the personnel manual or required by law.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, that the Mayor and
City Clerk/Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to execute said Resolution.
