RESDLUTION OF THE CITY OF fax IOWA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF Iowa,
that the Council has authorized the construction of the sewage treatment works
project known as project number(s) C7.90892 01 an 0190892 02 and all
contracts and agreements necessary thereto.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council accepted an, offer of a State grant of S
percent of the estimate of reasonable cost of the project under terms specified
in the Grant Aoreement by Resolution No. 3482-
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City official ( s) authorifed by.Resolution No.
3482-B to execute State grant documents have changed and that
F . James FeiZht , Mayor, and Virginia Soukup Clerk are
hereby .authorized and directed to execute the amendment to the Grant Agreement
and any further amendments thereto and affix the seal' of the City thereto on
behalf of the City and that F . James Feight is authorized and
directed to sign and date the documents required by 'he Comptroller of Iowa for
Payment of the grant amount by the State.
The undersioned duly qualified and acting City Clerk of the City of FAIRFAX
Iowa, dloes hereby certify: '
That the above resolution is a true and correct copy of the Resolution accepting
the grant aanendment regularly adopted at a legally convened meeting of the City
Council of the City of FATRFAX Iowa, duly 'Tel d on the Fourth
day of October—, 1984; and' further that the resolution has -been fully
recorded in the Journal of Proceedings and Records in my office.
