WHEREAS , the City of Fairfax, Iowa, desires to sell the old firehouse,
property to Hartgrave Construction, Inc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Fairfax,

Iowa, as follows:
The following described real estate shall, be sold by the City of Fairfax,
Iowa, to Hartgrave bonstruction, Inc. for the sun of Three Thousand Dollars
($3,000) : ,,
The South Twenty-five (25) feet of Lot Five (5) in Block Two
(2) in the Village of Vanderbilt, now Fairfax, Linn County,
Iowa,
