1. ;ewer rent of 0.50 and garbage collection fee of
$6.50 is due and payable to the City of Fairfax, Towa
2. Muss We sskopf has failed to pay the ajove listed
bills. He has coved out of torn and the property
is currently for sale.
Now, therefore„ be it resolved by the City Courncil. of
Fairfax, that these charges be certified to the Limn
County Auditors office for placement as a special
assessment on the property legnlly known as
"The North one half of lot 5 block 2, original town
of Vanderbilt (nova Fairfax)"
Passed and approved this 5th Day of June 1980.
