NOW,, THEREFORE,BE_:IT RESOLVED by the Fairfax City Council, that the grater be tUrned off at 110 Nckolet street, and that the charges- for past due sewer and garbage charges be placed against the property as a tax lein. And further resolved that the weeds and grass be cut at 110 Nickolet Street and the charges be placed against the property as a tax lein. Property owner (Steve Etzel and Bankers Life Insurance Company) have been notified and have taken no action.
