WATER SERVICF,
NOW, THERE'FORF, BE IT RESGLOVE D, by the
City Council of Fairfax, Iowa, that there be
required from every consumer or prospective
consumer of water service a depo6it of
$30.00, intended to guarantee the payment
of bills for service,
This resolution shall be in effect after its
approval and publication as provided by Inn.
