VEEREAS, the City of Fairfax, Iowa, desires to establish
a procedure for the issuance of checks , drafts , warrants, and
vouchers on bank accounts of the City of Fairfax in order
to comply with requirements of the State Auditor.
M(JW, THEaEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
Fgirfax, Towa, as follows :
All chicks , drafts , warrants , and vouchers written for
amounts of *1, 000 or more on bank accounts of the City of
Fairfax, Iowa, shall be signed by the City .Clore and the
Mayor of Fairfax, Iowa.
All checks , 4rafts , warrants , anr1 v':)II-Chers for amounts
Less than $1, 000 may be signed by the City Clerk alone .
