RESOLUTION 6784
A RESOLUTION SETTING THE SALARIES FOR APPOINTED OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES
OF THE CITY OF FAIRF'AX FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1964-1985
RE IT RESOLVE0 by the Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa
,section 1. The following positionsnamed shall be paid tho salaries
or wages indicated and the clerk is authorized. S issue checks, less legally
rewired or authorized deductionp, from the amomitts set out below, and make
such contributions to I'PERS AND FICA or other purposes an required by lass
or authorizistion of the council, all subject to audit and or review by
the council.

PART TIME 3NSKILLED LABOR $ 3.75 Per hour as needed'
Employees may request or be ask 'to t'hke off compensatory hours within }
N a pays period to avoid overtime costs, at one and one half compensatory hour
for each overtimes hour over basic hours stated above.
City Clerk and 'Water & Sewer .Superinteid+ent shall:be paid for the following'
Holidays: Newr'Years, Memorial Day, July 4th,.Lab6r Day, SonksgSQ't Cbristmaas,
& Good Fridiy.. City C'le'rk shall be allowed 5 "personal days PAKYOW.A k S
Superintendent shall be allowed 2 personal days per year. 'Thr personal,days
may be accumulated, City dlerk shall be allowed 12 hours paaid ;station, 'W S
Superintendent shall be allowed 80 hours vacation.. Vacations must be taken
and can not be accumulated.
