RESOLUTION TO TRANSFER CERTAIN FUNDS TO A
CAPITAL EQUIPMENT & IMPROVEMENT FUND :
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of th-e City of
Fairfax, Iowa
Section 1 . The City Clerk is hereby directed
to deposit such appropriations that are not
used in the Community Drotection Fund, Human
Development fund and the Home & Community Fund,
before the end of the fiscal year for the
purpose of future purchase of Capital Equipment
and other Improvements ,
Section 2 , This resolution shall be in
effect after its final passage and approval
as provided by law.
