RESOLUTION 8135
Whereas , the City of Fairfax, Iowa, has
approved the extension of a water main to the
north side of Fairfax, Iowa,
Whereas , the City of Fairfax, Iowa
desires to establish a license with the
Chicago Northwestern Transportation Co.
Now, Therfore, Be It Resolved by the
City Council of Fairfax, Iowa as follows :
A fee of $60 . 00 per annum, or fraction
thereof, beginning August 1 , 1985, shall be
paid to the Chicago, NorahwesterlvTransportation
Company for the License to construct ,
naintain, and use a 6 inch -water main upon
the property and under the tracks of the
Chicago Northwesterwin accordance with
the specifications as shown on the map
attached and by this reference made a part
of this agreement .
