The City Council of Fairfax, Iowa, having met in regular session and
having received a copy of the Preliminary Plat and. the Final Plat of James
Kurtz's Second Addition to Fairfax, Iowa, along with a Recommendation from the
Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of Fairfax, Iowa, having considered said
Preliminary Plat and the. Final Plat and the Recommendation of said Planning
and Zoning Commission does hereby approve said Preliminary Plat and Final Plat
of James Rurtz's Second Addition to Fairfax, Iowa, the vote of said City
Council being unanimous .for said approval.
