WHEREAS, the City of Fairfax, Iowa., desires to erect. No
Parking signs pursuant to City Ordinances 2 . 1--2. 1006( 3 ) and
2.1-2. 1006 ( 13) in the area between the viaduct and the bridge on
Highway 151 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
Fairfax, Iowa , as follows :
On behalf of the City of Fairfax, the Iowa Department of
Transportation is hereby empowered to erect permanent No Parking
signs between the viaduct and the bridge on Highway 151 pursuant
to City Ordinances 2. 1--2 . 1006 ( 3 ) and 2 . 1-2. 1006 ( 13) .
