WHEREAS the City of Fairfax, Iowa desires to approve the
execution of the attached agreement to obtain a license from the
Chicago/Northwestern Transportation Company for construction ,
maintenance and use of a 8 inch sanitatsewer upon the property
and under the tracks of the Chicago/Northwestern Transportation
Company in the City of Fairfax , Iowa, pursuant to Section 569. 7
of the Code of Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, HE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
Fairfax, Iowa as follows:
The execution of the attached agreement is hereby approved.
Passed this 6th day of November , 1986 .
