BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council.
of Fairfax, Iowa, deems it: n.ece_ssar. y to
purchase a Fire Truck Tanker for the protection
of the residents of Fairfax, Iowa and their
property.
IT IS FURTHER RESOIXED, that there are
sufficient funds in the ResQrve Equipment
Fund to purchase this equipment, and so
direct the Mayor to sign Lhe necessary papers
to finalize the purchase .
