WHEREAS , the City of Fairfax, Iowa , desires to enter into the
attached Agreement with Ray Davis and Anne Davis.
NOW, THERFFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
Fairfax , Iowa , as follows:
That the City of Fairfax, Iowa, upon motion duly considered;,,
hereby authorizes the Mayor of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, to
execute the attached Agreement on behalf of the City of Fairfax,
Iowa®
