RELEASF OF LIEN AND SATISFACTION OF ASSESSMENT
City of Fairfax hereby releases the lien on the following
described premises to-wit:
Lot 3 of Selzer's Lakeside Third Addition to Fairfax,
Linn County , Iowa,
created by the assessment against the aforedescr,ibed real estate
pursuant to the memorandum of agreement filed in the office of
the Recorder, Linn County, Iowa at Volume 2028 , page 223 , between
the City of Fairfax, Iowa, Kenneth O. Selzer, Mary Catherine
:�Flzer and Iowa Fund, Inc. , and Resolution No. 8889A passed by
r.he City Council of Fairfax, Iowa, on the $ 14- day of August,
1989 , This release is specifically limited to the above
described property only and does not apply to any other property
