RESOLUTION NO. 8889H
WHEREAS, the City of Fairfax, Iowa, desires to satisfy the
i
assessment and release . any lien against Lot 3 of Selzer's
Lakeside Third Addition to Fairfax, Linn. County, Iowa, created by
the assessment against said real estatepursuant to a memorandum
of agreement filed in the office of the :Recorder, Linn County,
Iowa; at Volume 2028, page 223 , between the City of Fairfax,
10,,4a, Kenneth O. Selzer, Mary Catherine Selzer, and Iowa Fund,
Inc. , and by Resolution No. 8889A passed by the City Council of
Fairfax, Iowa, on the day of August, 1989 .
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of Fairfax, Iowa, hereby
authorizes the City Clerk, Virginia Soukup, to execute a release i
and satisfaction of lien in the form attached hereto and file the
i
release and satisfaction of record in the office of the Recorder,
Linn County, Iowa.
Passed and approved this day of August, 1989 .
