A RESOLUTION SETTING THE SALARIES FOR EMPLOYEE
OF THE CITY OF FAIRFAX, 1014A FOR THE F/Y 90--91
BE IT RESOLVED:
Section 1 . The following named position shall
be paid the wages indicated and City Clerk
is authorized to issue checks , ]ess
legally required 'or_ authorized dedulctions
from the amounts set out below, and
make contributions to Ipers and Fica or
other purposes as required by law or
order of the City Council, all subject
to audit or review by the City Council .
WATER, SEWER & STREET SUPT
BASE RATE $8. 00 Per hour S'01

OVERTIME HOURS $12 . 00 per hour
INSURANCE: Blue Cross/Blue Shield. Protector200 .
The City shall be responsible for the
first 500 . 00 each year.(Single policy
UNIFORMS The City shall provide a $250, 00
per year uniform allowance.
HOLIDAYS New Years , Good Friday, Memorial
Day, 4th o.f July, Labor Day,
Thanksgiving and the day after
Thanksgiving, Day before Christmas
and Christmas .
SICK DAYS Foour, per year and may accumulate up
to 30 days .
PERSONAL DAYS Two per year. Must be used .
VACATION : 40 hours after I year rvice.
