RESOLUTION )
TO AWARD CONTRACT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC LIBRARY IN THE CITY
OF FAIRFAX, IOWA.
Whereas , the Fairfax City Council having this date opened,
announced and filed all bids received for construction of a
Put)lic Library in the City of Fairfax, Towa*,' putsuant to the
Notice to Bidders , published in. the Cedar Rapids Gazette newspaper
on August 25 , 1990 .
Whereas , Fairfax City Council has reviewed and considered
all bids received and has determip_ed that additional time will
be required to determine the best bid a's proved as in Section
384 . 99 of Code of Iowa.
Now, Therefore , Be It Resolved that the Fairfax City
Council shall recess until,�_.30(�Tt ?1e)ZZr) and at that time
contracts will be awarded and signed.
This resolution shall be in effect after its, final passage
and approval as provided by law.
