TO AWARD CONTRACT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF PUBLICLIBRARY IN THE CITY
OF FAIRFAX, IOTA.
Whereas , the Fairfax City Councilj . dn September. 19th, opened,
announced and filed all bids received for construction of a
Public Library in the City of Fairfax, Iowa, pursuant to the
Notice to Bidders published in the Cedar Rapids. Gazette' newspaper
on August 25 , 1990.
Whereas , Fairfax City Council has reviewed and considered
all bids received and has determined the best bid, as provided
in Section 384. 99 of the Code of Iowa, to be the bid submitted

is hereby awarded the contract for the construction of the City of
Fairfax Public Library, conditioned upon execution of the contract
