Whereas the City of Fairfax, Iowa has acquired, by
condemnation, certain real property. situated in the City of
Fairfax, Iowa for the purpose of building therupon a public
library, and whereas the City of Fairfax desires to confirm
and ratify its sole and exclusive ownership of said property,
.Be it RESOLVED by this City Council of 'the City of
Fairfax, Iowa, that an Affidavit of Possession pertaining to
the following described real estate:
Lot 2 and the North (N) 32 feet of Lot 3, all in
Fractional Block 1, Vanderbilt '(now Fairfax) , Linn
County, Iowa
shall be executed by the Mayor of the City of Fairfax, Iowa
and recorded in the Office of the Linn County Recorder.
