To fix a date for a public; hearing on a loan
agreement for 'the `Library 'Improvement in the
principal amount of $85.000
WHEREAS, the City of Fairfax, in the County of Linn, state.
of Iowa (the "city'") , ,proposes to enter into a loan agree-me-pit
(the "Loan• Agreement") , in the principal amount of $85 , 000
pursuant to. the provisions of Section 384 , 24A of the Code of 7"ora°?x
for the purpose of paying the cost, to that extent, of acquiring,
constructing and equipping a new library. for...the City, and it is
necessary to fix a date of meeting :of the. Council at which it is
proposed to take action to enter into the Loan Agreement and t
give notice thereof as required by such laws
