RESOLUTION NO.

Amending Resolution of Necessity for the 1991
Street improvements Project
WHEREAS, this Council after full investigation deems it
advisable to amend the proposed resolution of necessity for the
1991 Street Improvements Project;
NOW, THEREFORE,, It Is: Resolved by the City Council of the
City of Fairfax, Iowa, as follows:
Section 1. The Resolution of Necessity provisionally
adopted on June 11, 1991, by this Council for the .improvement
project referred to in the preamble hereof. , be amended as
follows:
(Attach hereto any changes Made in the
proposed Resolution of Necessity. )

Section 2 . The plat and schedule of assessments are
hereby amended to conform to Section 1 hereof, and the Project
Engineers are instructed to make the proposed changes therein.
