UIHEREAS , the City of Fairfax, Iowa, having
received payment for sewer assessment
and eater assessment on Lot 4 , Selzer ' s
Lakeside 3rd Addition does hereby release
the lien and- satisfaction of assessment on
Lot 4
BE 1T -THEREFORE RESOLVED: The City Clerk
is given the authority to sign " all necessary
papers , and record same .
